DescriptionI came across Carlos Gomez' artwork in Marvel's "The Amazing Mary Jane" & knew I wanted something by him. When I saw his interpretation of MJ in the Spider-Man costume in he comic, I knew what. When I saw the controversy online regarding his America Chavez art and her butt, I knew in what pose.The result is this Mary Jane, with this remarkably sexy pose. Added an image of the original Chavez art for comparison for those interested. Size is 9x12. Carlos was very communicative throughout the process, and shared five "work in progress" images afterwards. He does a digital lay-out first, and then does a traditional piece with pencils, inks and markers. Social/Sharing |
