I would like to know how Conan can get his sternocleidomastoids, trapezius (traps), latissimus dorsi (lats), sacrospinalis, and his iliopsoas all working at peak efficiency to look this good. I'm asking for my workout buddy Ruben.

It is said that Conan attained peak physical shape from pushing the Wheel of Pain, but legend has it that he also did a lot of 12 ounce curls of meade, and trained with Franco Columbu.

Cool to see one of those pops up here. I'd be interested to know what was Gammill exact contribution to those pages as Buscema and Alcala are pretty overpowering here.
