DescriptionBlack Panther v2 issue 13, page 2. This is the opening splash page for issue 13 which was the first issue drawn by Sal Velluto and Bob Almond. This picture is, basically, these guys establishing themselves on their new turf! This is, in my opinion, the definitive Velluto/Almond Black Panther picture. Impressive splash. The series offered some of Velluto's best work.

Really can't be beat as far as a Velluto BP example goes. What a way to ring in his and Almond's long run on the book. Great pose, great detailing throughout, and you gotta love that face front look. Big congrats!
