Description

Black Panther volume 2, issue 41, page 14. Here we see the Priest Black Panther interacting with the revived Kirby Panther. In this arc, Sal mixed his style with the Kirby style. The image of the Panther in the lower right is in a kind of wash style that you cannot see in the printed page.

Author Christopher Priest displayed some real adeptness at characterization here, as the relationship between the two Panthers unfolds. They are not antagonists, and the Kirby Panther is not simply a doppelganger of Priest's Panther. They are both T'Challa, and their interaction is complex. Really excellent work by the whole team on this book!
