This is just... outstanding!

Banks is one of my personal favorite artists for stuff like this - where you give him a wild idea that's been banging around inside your head and they make it into something extraordinary!

Also, this was a favorite run of mine, growing up! Superheroes sneaking around DC at night? Hilarious!
