Description"Operation: Rebirth Conclusion" I'm a big Garney fan and this dynamic splash page is the key moment at the end of the initial Waid/Garney story arc where Cap - by force of will alone - breaks from the Cosmic Cube fantasy where the Red Skull had him imprisoned! Steve breaking through the imaginary door turns out to be the real door where Red Skull and Agent Sharon Carter are behind. The only dialogue necessary for this impactful image is the one word uttered by the Skull in surprise and disbelief at Cap doing the impossible... "Rogers?"Fellow Cap fan? Wicked splasher! Love the personality dripping from this piece just on the dialogue alone. Congrats!

Glorious. The Waid/ Garney era of Cap comics, while relatively brief, is my personal favorite era as well. This page is such a big get for your collection. Love it.
Thanks for sharing, and I just joined the FB group. All the best!

Great action splash between Cap and Red Skull! Love the action and breaking glass as Cap comes at his mortal foe!

Full Garney dynamics from his first Cap run. Terrific splash by the master. Congrats.

Four issues into the Waid and Garney run and they had all cyclinders firing even as Heroes Reborn was going to put a wrench in their plans! Art from this run put Ron Garney on a lot of people's radars.

'Me love this long time.' Surely it would look better in a frame in my house in Dublin?

One of the best pages from one of Cap's best stories!
