Description

From the "Ghost Gallery" story page 2 of the story. Ghost Gallery seems to have been a series title-- this one might be called "The Hangman's Pulpit." It's signed "Drew Murdoch" but apparently that's a pseudonym for Kamen & Webb (according to Heritage). If it is indeed Kamen, it's not as slick as his EC work (Heritage write-up on a different page from the story explains that it's really more Webb's style than Kamen's!) but a nice atmospheric horror tale, with lots of slashing rain. Plus I love having the Iger Studio stamp on a page.

Dan this is a fantastic page!

"Ghost Gallery" was indeed a continuing feature within Jumbo Comics. The story you have is "Hangman's Haunt" (that is the title listed on the outside front cover of this issue) and does appear to be Jack Kamen art.

As a big Fiction House fan I love that you posted and shared this treasure.
