Features the Green Lanterns ripping through a recruitment poster for the
new L.E.G.I.O.N.

Vril Dox (Brainiac 2) has retaken control of L.E.G.I.O.N. and he has set up its headquarters in former Tamaranean space. Dox clashes with the Green Lantern Corps over their areas of responsibility for this sector of space.
Meanwhile Blackfire and the Tamarans decide to take back control of their former territory.
This leads to another sister vs. sister clash as Starfire has allied herself with L.E.G.I.O.N.
And as the cover blurb mentions the two featured Green Lanterns are making their debut.

The cover art is done by Kalman Andrasofszky who contributed fifteen of the covers for the series. I met Kalman at the Toronto Fan Expo in 2010 and was quite taken with his art and picked up some of his covers at that time as well as the poster section of the cover. At the time both Kalman and I did not realize I was missing the main section of the cover.
Thankfully I was able to pick up the missing piece later.

I always thought that it looked a little Tony Harris-ish, particularly Brainy.

Great cover. It was enough to get me to pick up that issue and I didn't usuually read REBELS.
