The Legion sets off for a mission that may be a trap but not before Jan lets Shvaughn Erin know how he feels about her.
They are headed to Orlando, the home planet of Princess Projectra, and it is indeed a trap set by the Legion of Super Villains. And in their confrontation a favorite hero will fall.

An absolute cornucopia of Legionnaires, but I really enjoy the interpersonal relationships of comic characters more than the battles, so the bottom tier of panels is my favourite part of this page. You have to love the goofy "teen girl in love" look of Shvaughn Erin in that final panel especially!
