DescriptionGreat page with Spidey and the Scorpion throughout. I love that first panel with Spidey and some webbing leaping into the scene.A friend just pointed out that this page and another one I own appear on a button up shirt sold at Walmart. Social/Sharing |

A daring first panel with bulgy Spidey taking charge! Not to be outdone Todd draws Scorpion with a big focus on the tail swinging out as both feature buffed out 90's powerhouse anatomy.

First panel is epic, but I love how limber Scorpion is in two! Very fun page.

Super memorable issue from a classic run, at this point McFarlane still felt like a discovery--every issue was a delight to see his interpretation of various classic Spidey and Marvel characters. The first panel of this page is a PERFECT example of McFarlane's take on Spidey's big eyes--so cool!

Sweet page....Had to double-check to make sure he didn't swipe himself on that first panel! (Marvel Tales 223)

No wonder why that image seemed so familiar. Very similar down to the placement of the webbing.
