DescriptionMy family used to have a Russian Blue cat named Pushkin. Many moons ago I took a picture of him, superimposed a monocle and a top hat on him in Photoshop, and used the doctored picture to create a Facebook account called Dapper Cat. I had a lot of fun for a little while, thinking up cartoons about various animals dressed to the nines, being dapper in their choice of accoutrement. Dapper Cat and the Dapper Hummies (hummingbirds) were the main ones I toyed with, but there were a couple of others. I lost my login information for the Dapper Cat Facebook account and after that stopped using Facebook so much anyway, so the whole Dapper Cat idea sort of died out, but it was cute and there is some lovely evidence of its existence by Ed in this and another piece he did for me.Social/Sharing |

What a charmer. I bet he would speak in an erudite manner about all sorts of matters with a snooty accent.
