Description

The top photo is from the closing night of a Justin Green art exhibit back in 2008. The weather didn't cooperate on the official opening of March 8th so the closing night was treated like an opening. The crowds gathered, lots of art was admired, some sold and Justin played his guitar and sang "Sign Painter's Blues." That was years ago but the venue, Shake It Records at 4156 Hamilton Avenue in Cincinnati, still sports an impressive sign by Justin Green (as seen on this postcard) and a nice little gallery inside of his Musical Legends original art pages. Sadly, Justin passed away in April but another exhibition of his work will be happening at the Design Collective Gallery at 4150 Hamilton Avenue from Oct. 7 through the end of this year 2022.
