Description

Three fun facts about this oversized 13� by a little over 19� page, which is the second appearance of Myrella:

1. I never noticed the background of the first two panels form a continuous image. All these decades and I never noticed that until I was about to post the page here.
2. In the second panel it looks as though the fellow falling backward is discharging a bolt of electricity into the sky. This was actually a bolt of lightning in the background, which was clear in the published, colored version. This is ironic, as a minor plot point was that the group was thought to be a band of mundane pirates, while Myrella was a magic-user.
3. The fourth panel was later hinted at that Myrella sensed something mystical about Kalthanan. A later story arc revealed she was just super thirsty for him.

That third point is just another reason for me to hate elves: They�re stealing our redheads.

I mean, as far as I know she's the only redhead to show up in Dragonlance, so I guess technically I have laid claim of dominion of all of them on Krynn.
