Fun story with a nice ending and great art. Did Grev ever become a Legionnaire?

No as fa as I know. When he trained at te Legion Academy, it was always with an intent to return to Talok VIII. In the Giffen 5 Years Later storyline, he shown married to Lady Memory (who had previously tried to kill him) and they were the defacto rulers of Talok VIII.
