Based on her pyrokinetic abilities Ig'Nea was accepted into L.E.G.I.O.N.
However she used her powers of amplifying emotions to foment distrust and treason with the ranks leading to an unraveling of the organization.. She also caused Dox to fall in love with her.

So, is Ig'Nea manipulating that obese guy in the middle panel? Not sure why he looks terrified by seeing her in a bathing suit!

Ig.Nea power is to make anything ignite. She just lit up the obese guy's jagged knife and he's now realizing that she could light him up if she chose.
