Description

One last DC post for the week.

I'll admit, I never read this comic book, but I am a sucker for huge, imposing, splashy images of characters, especially when it's a hero like Superman. I also love that great Metropolis city background, complete with Daily Planet globe.

Kirkham and Banning knocked this one out of the park, and I was thrilled to acquire it.

Yup, whenever an artist draws a major character on a splash page at such a massive scale as to make you wonder how they ever fit it all in, we can be sure the original art for it will be found in your gallery! Excellent piece, and I can't believe you're already done with DC posts! I want MORE!

That's definitely a Top Cow style that Batt does in the linework to update the look to make him cool! Done to impress!

Wow! I haven't read much Superman but this is definitely how I picture him. Super baddass & Super imposing. With that coming at 'em, I pity the fool trying to mess with Truth, Justice and/or The American Way!
