Steve probably provided only layouts (instead of tight pencils) which gave Kevin license to draw in his style.
Maxine's raised hands, in her bathtub, seem the most (only?) Ditko thing on the page!

Kevin did tighten it all out...but panel 5 is a classis Ditko hand.
