DescriptionBesides his own animated shorts and movies, Bill Plympton has worked on many different things and that includes music videos. He ended up doing two for Weird Al, and even one for Kanye. His animation process was a little different for the video and this is just a cool pencil piece. Shout out to all the Tay Tay fans reading this.
