DescriptionI was fortunate enough to have Claudio bring to life a stunning piece of art inspired by a rough sketch from the legendary John Buscema. Claudio's interpretation of the Hulk is absolutely breathtaking, with his masterful use of shadow and light. It serves as the perfect companion to the commissioned artwork I obtained, which was a brilliant recreation of Claudio's cover for Marvel's Shadow and Light series.Social/Sharing |

A perfect subject for Claudio's hypermuscular style. Congrats on this great commission!

I don't think I've seen his Hulk since Mavel Vs DC which many already noted his abiities to draw like John Buscema with a sharper line.

I heard a story that Claudio was to ink a cover that John Buscema sketched. Claudio asked John if he would mind if he inked it in his style. John said sure, and Claudio created one of the best covers I've seen. (I believe it was the Shadow and Light limited series) when I saw a John Buscema Hulk sketch, I asked Claudio if he would render it in his style based on the sketch. So happy.

Giving Castellini a Buscema character to draw is always a good idea :)

Castellini is OH SO good! Love the lean musculature he renders. Such a no nonsense vibe in this straight shot of the Jade Giant. Congrats!
