DescriptionWhat grabbed my attention about this page, besides Manuel Garcia’s brilliant art, was the fantastic Marvel Easter Eggs within the page. Panel one references Mike Zeck’s iconic cover to Captain America Annual #8 as well as page 23 from the same issue. The last panel references Civil War #1, though in a different timeline, with Nitro once again setting events in motion by exploding and killing Polaris in Stamford, CT.Social/Sharing |

That's some fine line pencil work throughout! And that top panel...yup...Cap Annual 8. I was fortunate to see that original piece at the Marvel Exhibit in Charlotte while attending Heroes con. I almost short circuited, lol. Congrats on mean Garcia get!
