Who would have thought McGuinness would be a long term Spider-Man artist? Bulky characters in the bombastic Marvel Manner for sure, but Spider-Man? Yes, the same boldness works with a lean and flexible Spidey while still maintaining heavy impact in his battles. The large Spider-Man image is what we're here to see!

I mean, just a STRAIGHT great Spidey up top! Nice page all around but that killer posed, ready to get down Spidey, is the featured no doubt! Awesome stuff. Congrats, Paul!

Wow, you've definitely soaked up a lot of the absolute best pages from McGuinness' run and I ain't just whistlin' dixie! This is a whopper of a page, beautifully pecilled and inked. Speaking of the inks, how interesting to see Mark Farmer get the call for this, rather than Dexter Vines or another one of McGuinness' more common inkers. Great job, too, but then Mark has been a great inker for decades, so it's no surprise, really!
