DescriptionJohn Buscema and Ernie Chan Conan the Barbarian #148 Story Page 22 ( Marvel, 1983). The monkey Forlek, Conan, the wizard Prince Pelem, and his bride, celebrate success against an evil magician. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 14.75". Slight toning, trimmed corners, production marks, with light residue staining and handling wear. Text paste-ups (some taped from being loose), marginal notes, whiteout corrections, with notes from a previous owner on the back. In Very Good condition.Social/Sharing |

Dynamite stuff! Chan's inks give it a classic illustration look to this magical fantasy page. The Buscema faces have deeper lines and weight for ruggedness.
