DescriptionAMAZING SPIDER-MAN DAILY STRIP 10-10-1991 LARRY LIEBERA citizen of Latveria tries to constrain the enthusiasm of his little girl. Lord Doom the Benevolent has returned, making his way slowly through the land in a state luxury vehicle, soaking in the abject obedience of the citizenry. The father watches helplessly, fearfully, as his daughter runs toward he who must not be gazed upon, let alone approached.Larry Lieber and in particular writer Stan Lee strike at the fearful contradictions of DOOM, who is ever confronting his desire to project an outward appearance of benevolence for his subjects, with his much more consuming need to unleash an inner rage, manifesting malevolence against all mankind.Especially that fool Reed Richards. Greetings Michael Kenyon..
Doom The First is pleased with this miniscule tableau of his past. Although somewhat insignifigant, Doom still recognizes the import of a child's welfare and upbringing.
The girl's father was no more than a mere 'DOLT" for his incompetent rearing of a future subject of Latveria. Thus, his punishment was swift & just.
The child is now a ward of the state. Doom shall raise her as if she were his own. She shall learn, Michael Kenyon, what it is to be a loyal subject to the will of Doom. Just as you, and others shall.
Including the accursed Reed Richards. Yes, Richards. He, and his ludicrous quartet, shall soon grovel at the iron clad hand of Doctor Doom. Oh, how you shall pay, Richards.
Do you hear, Richards? Richards??

I must say, Victor Von Doom has his admirers. The reactions here to the official strip art documenting Doom's open car travels through Latveria are ferverent. I must warn those who step forth and ready their comments. Keep your heads bowed while at the keyboard. This reverence Victor Von Doom commands

Doom has found you worthy, Michael Kenyon. Thus, Doom shall allow you to serve him, and live, until you have served Doom's purpose. What "purpose", you inquire? That is for Doom, and Doom alone to know.
In the meantime, Doom commands you to post more original art until it pleases Doom no more. Until that time~
