Description

I don't think it is possible to stop collecting more BUF dailies. They are so charming, well drawn and have gags that still hold up. I love Jiggs and his gestures in this. One of my favorite elements is the crazy picture frames where the pictures come to life and this one has that element in the two bookend panels.

WWII era artwork. Humor and entertainment during that heavy trying time was at a premium on the homefront.

Charming is right! The gag is good, and the portraits coming out of their frames is fun, but that lamp shade steals the show. The pose/posture of each character in every panel is so good
