Thanks to my OA Secret Brother Michael McIsaac for letting me add another TRUE SPLASH page to my Maxima collection at the event that took it to the Exxxxxxtreeeeeeeeme, #OAX2024!

Not only does this Splash feature Maxima in her lesser known Orange and Gold armor, but the Extreme Justice Line-Up of Amazing Man, Booster Gold, Blue Beetle and their leader, Captain Atom, pointing the finger at his opposite number, Monarch! Exxxxxxxtreeeeeeeeme!!!!

As Michael has said before me, we don't know why someone had this page signed by Marc Campos, other than he worked on the previous issues of the run, which one might say is taking it to the Exxxxxxxxtreeeeeeeeme!!!! !

That signature is still less weird than the art dealer who signed their name on the back of a page I bought from them.

A large, sexy image of Maxima on a full page splash? Even an artist who didn't recognize his own work and signed the art anyway can't get in the way of all that Maximum greatness!

Extremely nice page by Al Rio an Kevin Cunningham! This splash page just screams '90s comics to me! I love the over-the-top heroic poses everyone strikes. And they're all extremely ripped! Maxima looks incredibly statuesque here! And Booster Gold and Blue Beetle are bursting onto the page with Extreme energy. Love the inks by Ken Branch as well, they really make the characters pop off the page. Extremely cool pick-up, congrats!
