CrossGen created a number of promo bookmarks and this art was done for one.
I couldn't find a published image but I assume it was used.

My understanding is that they produced these to give out at MegaCon. Many of these specialty items are difficult to find the published versions of. I once had a piece that was supposedly a promo poster which I could never find a copy of. Then one day I found it had been used as a "curtain" backdrop for the CrossGen booth at MegaCon.
