DescriptionVery happy to add this amazing homage by the very talented artist, Brett Parson. I have been a big fan of Brett’s art for several years, after seeing a great Joe Fixit posted by a good friend and gammabro. After looking at the piece in his collection (and other great Hulk examples posted by another gammabro), I decided it was time to add one for myself. Fortunately, I was able to see him at Heroes Con 2023 in the Inky Knuckles section of artist alley and set this in motion … and you can see the result. Brett, Cam, and the IK crew were great to work with and I am thrilled to add this to the Bob Larkin Hulk poster homage gallery.Check here if you are interested in seeing the other homage pieces done in this series. I have slowed down a bit with this gallery, but I continue to add more. I have a couple in motion and a few ideas. Feel free to drop a suggestion if you'd like, maybe I will set one up! Thanks gammabro! Your Parson examples also helped push me toward this commission. I loved everything Brett has drawn that is Hulk related.

Nice one! Great rendering on the face and I like how the eyes are slightly different size. And the drool is a nice touch.

The primal look is awesome as he added the apelike traits for extra heaviness! The drool is pretty awesome too standing out in contrast to the shading and wash that age this look into a Hulk b&w magazine illustration.

Another great addition to the series! You are on fire! It's such a simple image on the surface, but going through your gallery and perusing the different versions yields lots and lots of great art!

Thanks so much, I really appreciate the observation as that was my goal and what keeps me doing them.

Brett Parson has this unique cartoon style that is visually pleasing, clean, and detailed at the same time. An excellent choice for the Bob Larkin Homage collection!

I admit I've never heard of the artist, but a very cool piece! I love how he did the shading and a drooly Hulk is a scary Hulk!

Perfect artist choice to add to the collection! Really channels Larkin's Hulk while still being all Parson! Gotta love the drool, and the grey tone work is top notch. Congrats, man!

Cool addition to the Bob Larkin Hulk homage collection. It's amazing to me how so many artists can find new ways to draw the same basic image. I really like Brett Parson's version here. It's a little more cartoony than most, with nice thick linework, the pupils are definately dialating, and there's a whole lot more drool than I've seen before. Other than that, it's exactly the same. Only different.

That extra drool in the corner puts this one over the top. LOVE IT!
