Kara Zor-El, The Hero Discovered! Such a great tagline! What’s that you say? It’s been taken? Dang! Seriously, When I first met Matt Wagner at a store signing back in 1985, he was immersed in producing the third act of his masterwork Mage. Matt’s work at DC Comics was still in his future, yet he proved willing to take on my request, producing a drawing that exemplified his unique art style and at the same time was very true to the character. Thanks Matt!
