Great first issue page showing off Dracula being the fearsome force of nature stalking his prey. Dark and dingy with the tense moments of the hunt in the city environment. Telling the climax of the story with the hands is so cool.

A great example of Dracula scoring a kill in order to feed and sustain himself! Excellent storytelling, especially in the final 3 panels, and the Colan/Palmer art is as spectacular here as anywhere else. That it comes from the first issue of the series is a nice bonus!
