Karate Kid vs. Moon�Knight by Chris�Mooneyham and Simon Gough

I have been a big fan of Chris Mooneyham's art ever since I read Five Ghosts about ten years ago. His art was great then, and it has only gotten better. Check out his recent G.I. Joe work for a good example! Anywho, I set this commission up through Felix Comic Art, and I could not be more pleased with�the�result! Moon Knight is swooping down on Karate Kid, but Val Armorr has sensed his attack and is turning towards the Fist of Khonshu already, preparing to counterattack! I love the poses, and how Chris has depicted Moon Knight's cape taking up all the negative space in the corner. I asked Simon Gough to color this one up, and as usual, Simon did not disappoint. I love the blues used in the�background and Karate Kid's muted colors. Anywho, big thanks to Chris and Simon for this incredible commission!

Moon Knight is an extremely skilled hand-to-hand fighter, and he can take a lot of�pain and injury without stopping. He�also has weapons and gadgets in his costume to help him in a fight. Moon Knight's fighting style could confuse Karate Kid at first, as it doesn't necessarily make sense, but I think that Val will definitely adapt and overcome. But if Khonshu himself decides to get involved, then Val will be in trouble.

Gough threads the needle to make a b&w piece that looks perfect already and enhance it even more.
