DescriptionAlthough I was aware of the LOSH characters and generally aware of the stories, I didn't have a strong connection or passion for either. I read reprints and had favorite characters. Even some favorite stories from the silver age. BUT despite my lukewarm feelings... I really did need to take advantage of the the opportunity to pick up a page by Lee Moder. It seems to me that he was part of a revitalization of the team, characters, and book. So then I had the challenge of selecting a page the contains some of my favorite characters, which was not easy.I picked liked this page because it has the three core members; Saturn Girl, Lightening Lad, and Cosmic Boy. Plus the nice addition of Brainiac 5, Chameleon Boy, Triplicate Girl and Shrinking Violet. I am pleased. Social/Sharing |

The top panel with the Espionage Squad is especially good. That grouping of heroes could have had a spin-off miniseries or backup tales (maybe they did).

I agree. I went back and read the run before getting the page and it was really good. That Espoinage Squad story had as much possible story-gold to mine as the Substitute Heroes squad.
