A sexy page of Ms. Victory trying to reason with newly transformed Garganta, only to get blasted away (along with most of her clothing!), forcing Ms. Victory to regroup. This is the first scene in the first appearance of the fan favorite villain turned heroine, Garganta. This page was written and penciled by Richard �The Count� Rome, with inking done by Mark Propst and signed by creator and editor Bill Black.
