Description

Steve Stiles - Kruppcards Greetings Original Art and Color Production Materials Group of 10 (Kitchen Sink Press, 1970s). Underground Comix artist Stiles' stoner take on traditional greeting-card imagery accounts for some of the more engaging novelty items from Kitchen Sink Press' Kruppcards division. Hallmark was never like this, and hippies have birthdays, too. Drug references predominate. Six original-art pieces contain ink, white retouching, and shading film over graphite on Bristol board, with approximate image areas ranging from 4" x 5" to 12" x 8". An additional four pieces are color-plate production materials. Average Very Good condition.
