Description

Looking through my gallery its readily apparent that I'm a Big Space Ghost fan! Not every artist does the design of Alex Toth justice, but Michael Cho's style fits like a glove! When I saw he was doing some variant coves for the characters latest book I was interested to see what was available. The actual published covers were a little out of my price range, but this color prelim was a perfect fit. Michael told me this design did not make it to a finished cover, so this is the only piece to this layout. This was a nice surprise find at Baltimore!

Leave it like this as the more raw Michael Cho's piece looks, the more it looks like classic Toth art.

Gorgeous prelim by Michael Cho for a Space Ghost cover! I love everything about this piece. Love the color, of course. But I also love the pose and I love the energy to the piece. Michael Cho's style is utterly perfect for a Space Ghost cover. And I can't imagine this cover drawen by anyone else! Which is the highest complement I can imagine. Great pick-up, congrats!

Wow, this piece is so rich with color and texture. I love how Michael used the red for shadows and the dynamic pose he used for Space Ghost. A great addition to your collection! Congratulations, Rich!
