Anarky completes his consciousness-altering machine, and the only thing that stands between it and Gotham City is the Dark Knight himself.

This page was altered for print when a small mistake was discovered. On this page Anarky is supposed to give the Green Lantern ring back to Hal but it disappears when the job is done which should change back Anarchy's outfit. The page was penciled and inked with Anarchy taking the ring off in the last panel but according to the dialogue, the ring must have moved on after the Aberration was defeated. So Anarchy should not have been in his green lantern form the entire page. There is a note about this needed correction at the top pf the page. The edits themselves looked like they were done digitally.

For fans of Breyfogle, Anarchy is one of his greatest creations! The social conscience and the ways to achieve his goals were more relatable to many who did not benefit from the 80's and mid 90's prosperity.
