Description

First year at Heroes back in June and on Sunday I run across Scott Hanna tucked back in the corner. Talked the man up for a good hour while looking through this art. I originally had picked up a black and white Spider-man illustration and then found this doozy!

Pencils by John Romita Jr.
Inked and then watercolor by Hanna!

The colors are vibrant and the art really jumps off the page. I had no idea that Scott, along with a lot of other inkers, was an accomplished painter as well.

Saying that this one's going to go up on the wall is a given but the fact that I have a Hobgoblin illustration from the original man who drew him? Teenage E.C. is tickled pink!

Nice homage to the Hobgoblin's intro and great piece of art in its own right, especially with them Hanna colors! Congrats, E!

The classic introduction image from ASM 238 revisted by JRJR! Hanna takes it to a whole new level with just enough inking to leave room for his colors to flesh him out!
