A haunting mix of modern steampunk and old school horror! It is painted to show texture of rotting wood to fuse those ideas together.

Phenomenal piece! I love how textured the canvas is. And the detail is astounding. I get a real "east meets west" vibe from this that I don't get as much from some of his other illustrations. If I squint my eyes and allow the image to blur, she almost takes the form of a Geisha with that elaborate headpiece and face makeup. Even though I'm a huge fan of the original Harley design and usually dismiss all other versions, I don't think I could love this painting any more than I do. On the one hand, it really makes me think about getting one for myself. At the same time, seeing this kind of ruins me for that artist. Knowing me, anything I might end up with will inevitably be compared to this piece and in my mind never stack up. Congratulations on this stunner.
