Published 1997 by Lightning Comics.

Lightning Comics was one of the 90's companies that capitalized on the Bad Girl trend in comics.
This was a one shot issue that was a parody of Witchblade.

Purchased a long long time ago off eBay.

Nothing like a spoof name
Standing in the cold blade
Tipping off the cows

interesting!!! I can't recall if I ever ran into this issue but I've grabbed several other Lightning releases stuffed away in my comic short boxes somewhere. nice parody cover/title indicative of the time!
