Description

The first issue I ever read was Ghost Rider issue 10, and it was quite the compelling read. So, I wanted to own a cover by Javier Saltares, and this one, which resembles Saltares� work on issue 10, became available for the right price and at the right time in my collecting phase.

I picked this up at OAX from Wolvie Fan, and this was the defining purchase for me at OAX, where I had a great time meeting and getting to know on a more personal level other fellow collectors. You can�t put a price on friendship, and so, maybe going to OAX for the first time I think was one of those pivotal moments, and not just in terms of collecting art.

Classic 90's Ghost Rider artist with a classic image! Leather, flaming skull, chains and spikes dominates! It's so iconic that it's even placed over his own logo!

Now this is a killer score, Michael! Javier Saltares' Ghost Rider art just oozes attitude, and this cover is straight-up fury on the page. Those bold inks, the intense pose, the chains and spikes, all pure 90s badassery! The fact that it ties back to the very first issue you read makes it even more special. Full-circle collecting at its finest! And grabbing it at OAX, where you made real connections with fellow collectors? As I always say, that’s what it’s all about!
