Day 16. Thirty-one days of Star Wars (2025 edition).

Another pair of consecutive panel pages, this time with Mace Windu. Here is a Denys Cowan pencil board, purchased from him at OAX 2025. Roberto Poggi inked printed blue lines on a separate board.

Jedi Master Mace Windu and his team depart aboard Jedi Rissa Mano's T-6 shuttle Westwind, and while in space, Mano masks the ship by scrambling their signal. Denys had to quickly redraw the ship after editorial requested detail and angle adjustments, so a lot of erasing can be seen when looking at the page up close.

Rissa Mano, a Force-sensitive Devaronian, was a Jedi Knight who served the Jedi Order during the last years of the Galactic Republic. In addition to her skills as a Jedi, Mano was a gifted pilot and engineer. Jedi Master Mace Windu, who took note of Mano's talents, recruited her into the Jedi task force that he assembled to investigate Separatist activity on the jungle world of Hissrich, shortly after the start of the Clone Wars.

Nice T-6! And that shot of Mace and Rissa at the cockpit just has that classic Star Wars cinematic feel to it.
