Description

This 18"x24" page of sketches includes 11 female figure sketches (2 minutes each, I think?), and 5 small head sketches (5 minutes each perhaps?).

Generations of outstanding artists have studied the approach to figure drawing pioneered by Frank Reilly at the Art Students League in the early 20th Century. Jeff Watts carries on this tradition, and he has produced my favorite life drawings of all time. Jeff is a great friend who has taught hundreds (thousands?) of artists in all aspects of traditional drawing and painting at his Atelier in the San Diego area, and he and his fellow instructors have generated an enormous trove of virtual course material.
