"Flirt" pinup painting by Olivia De Berardinis, Bettie Page 2004

This is the original gouache painting created in 2004 by Olivia De Berardinis. This has been one of Olivia's trademark Bettie Page paintings, not only published in her art books, but also as a favorite "Flirt" was published as not one but TWO times calendar cover. First, in 2005 then reused again in 2013 for another Olivia calendar. It was a postcard and sticker and the works.

This smaller 12" x 12" image on board still packs a punch and was creatively framed by Olivia. The frame is 29" x 25.5Ó
Signed by Olivia lower right and credited /titled Bettie Page lower left. The gold gouache is metallic gold.
A bit of history in July 1958 Bettie Page graced the cover of FLIRT adults only magazine, hence the name and the obvious inspiration. COA from Robert Bane editions, Inventory 04-102.

As with most of my personal collection, this is not actively for sale but I am open to offers on many. Sorry for the glare on my pics

Even without drawing her full figure, Olivia makes Betty sexy as hell with just her vivaciousness! Very slick with the blush matching the bright orange background.
