I do not have enough villains. Mr. Sinister just hits all the right marks. Who cannot forget how he drove the plot of the second season of TAS? I also just want to say "It's called plumage you philistine!" I like the theatrical pose almost like he's revealing some (dare I say) sinister plot? It's classic Sinister. Zoom in close and you can see Jim didn't give him the plastic ken doll hair and the line work on each of the individual pieces of his cape is incredible. Again, Jim kills it with the perspective as some of the cape erupts towards the viewer; and another killer background which is so layered and detailed omg, just amazing.
