DescriptionJustice League America Annual 8 pg 20 by Norman Felchle & John Stokes. Elseworlds! 3/4 Superman Splash!“Elseworlds. In Elseworlds, heroes are taken from their usual settings and put into strange times and places-some that have existed, or might have existed, and others that can't, coufdn't or shouldn’t exist… This is one of them.” Man, I loved the annuals in 1994. All these Elseworlds stories kicked some serious #$$. Doctor Faust killed the entire JLA. An underground formed to resist his arcane new world order. This page introduces their replacement League, assembled to save the world. Panel 1- Hawkman! Panel 2 - The Flash! Panel 3 - a 3/4 Splash image of this alternate universe Superman! 11x17 approx. pencils and inks on bristol. White bristol. Inks splatter for speed effect in panel 2. All lettering done by hand.
