DescriptionThis page was published in September 1985, penciled by Carmine Infantino and inked by Frank McLaughlin. As the long-running Trial of The Flash story-line draws towards a conclusion, The Reverse Flash continues to manipulate events from behind the scenes. By secretly capturing The Rogues (Captain Cold, Mirror Master, Captain Boomerang, Rainbow Raider, Trickster & Weather Wizard) and imprisoning them in this floating cube deep inside of a cave, more public doubt will be on cast upon The Flash as to whether or not he is capable of harming his adversaries. Also in this issue, The Rogues learn that their captor is actually Abra Kabadra posing as The Reverse Flash. The two pages in my collection from issue 350 show more of what happens to The Rogues in this story. First Abra Kadabra attempts to crush them by collapsing the walls of the floating cube (page 5). Later on, the Rogues and The Flash help each other escape another trap (page 34), then combine forces to finally defeat Abra Kabadra. And with Abra Kadabra vanquished, with the guilty verdict in the trial overturned and with one final surprise for Barry, the Flash series that began in 1959 comes to an end. Unfortunately for Barry, issue 8 of Marc Wolfman’s Crisis On Infinite Earths was just around the corner. Social/Sharing |

So beautiful. When I saw it in Heritage, I thought it was a great page to go after, but the timing was not there. I'm glad it made it to your collection.

Thanks Nick. I appreciate your words and frequently feel the same way when a fellow collector acquires a page that I like and posts it here on CAF for all to see and enjoy.
