Description

Don Heck penciled the Liberty Legion pages including this one, Alan Kupperberg penciled the rest of the issue.

One of my 1st 9 childhood comics books. I recall seeing it on the stands and thinking Wow Captain America on another Superhero team. Also thinking Torch was same one as in the Fantastic Four :) I did get up to speed pretty quickly
