My grail. It doesn't get any better than this. I think I can confidently say that if I owned this page, I could retire from this hobby. Kelvin, please contact me first if you ever think of selling this page.

Beautiful page. ARGGGG. Why do people remove the word ballons?

The balloons weren't removed. This issue was lettered on overlays due to deadline constraints.

Pages like this are why I love comics. (Oh, and normally I miss the word balloons, too, but for this one, I don't mind so much. With or without, it's sequential storytelling at its finest.)

Can't believe there aren't more comments on that page. This may be THE page that made Wolverine the star he is today. Another fantastic choice in your breathtaking collection !

A great page from a historic run featuring the most popular character in the X-men. I just love these pages, so why this isn't in your "featured art," I'll never know. But congrats on a terrific piece!

Why does John Byrne do his best to annoy me when I look at his original artwork which is lovely by signing it in the most distracting positions possible.Someone should tell him that most people sign their artwork at the bottom of the artwork.Sorry about the rant.

My favorite character, by my favorite artist... this has to be in the among the top five all time best Byrne/Wolverine pages. Terry Austin's inks are so spectacular, I wish the run would have lasted 10 more years!
