Description

Matt Feazell is best known for his mini-comic, The Amazing Cynicalman. He had attended a previous MCBA FallCon where I had admired his work. My wife Kristi was very taken with his stick-figure style, and started her own sketchbook after seeing his rendition of a cow. He attended the �99 FallCon at the Thunderbird Hotel in Bloomington, MN, and I asked him to sketch any one of the Legion on this cover.

He proceeded to sketch all of them. Legionnaires included in this sketch include Supergirl, Superboy, Invisible Kid II, Colossal Boy, Dawnstar, Sun Boy, White Witch, Karate Kid, Princess Projectra, Timber Wolf, Phantom Girl, Shrinking Violet, Blok, Star Boy, Dream Girl, Brainiac 5, Ultra Boy, Wildfire, Cosmic Boy, Saturn Girl, Lightning Lad, Mon-El, Element Lad, Chameleon Boy, Duo Damsel, Bouncing Boy, and Shadow Lass. Notice he almost forgot Ultra Boy!

Best dollar I ever spent.
