Description

Seen here are the pencils and the blueline ink for X-Factor #43 p11. It shows Madrox and an adult Layla Miller kissing in front of the sunset in a dystopian Atlantic City. A rare happy moment for the characters. Personally, I like their pairing. Once you get over the initial creepiness, that is (even Madrox describes their making out as "SO wrong" given her former age). Her "knowing stuff" serves as a nice contrast to his near constant befuddlement and uncertainty though. Plus, given the noir theme of the series, he needs a mysterious femme fetale to complicate his life.
