Description

I purchased this piece in the charity auction SPACENITE 2, a tribute to Bill Mantlo, the writer of every issue of the ROM comic book. The owner of Floating World Comics asked dozens of artists to contribute an illustration of ROM Spaceknight. He also reached out to artists and illustrators outside of the comics industry which led to a variety of styles and interpretations of this iconic cult character.

100% of the proceeds from the art sales went to Bill Mantlo, who was tragically paralyzed in a hit and run accident almost 20 years ago. This is the second fundraiser held by Floating World Comics for Bill.
